It is finals week in highschool and my sister just came home from school and gave me a cold.Any remedies?There is not really something other rest, fluids, and over the counter cold remedies.It will be challenging to get all of the rest that you want.If you do not get adequate it will probably make you really feel worse than you already are.Try taking a nap when you 1st get residence from school and then learning.That way your body will have a break.I generally take Motrin and use halls lozenges.Excellent luck

Well you can take OTC meds for the cold symptoms, anything with zinc, and lots of fluids and rest.The very ideal thing is to avoid the cold.Try these methods, constantly wash your hands, do not eat, smoke, touch your eyes, or mouth devoid of handwashing, and sanitizing of your hands.If you sneeze, sneeze into your elbow(inside the forearm region), not a hankerchief, or hands.
